Had a great experience when i had a problem with the online ordering. I didn't have a contact number for the recipient but needed to book asap, so I asked the online help. Catherine Corless helped me by filling it in for me and i can now email her the contact number when I get it (which i wouldn't have been able to leave off had there been no live help). I was surprised its actually a real person who helps- great service. As for Parcel2go in general, I've used them loads, usually to send to America as they are much cheaper than the post office for quick deliveries and if you fill out the customs properly theres no delay. My company only uses Parcel2go now! :) Plus, love their promo emails!
