Just had my Hot Tub serviced by Wayne Hitchcock. I’ve dealt with him many times before and he’s a great guy. He knows his job inside and out. As always he’s on time, polite and a great source of info and help too. Did my service, changed a few parts that needed doing and left my Hot Tub looking like new. Thanks again Wayne for another top job!! I’d arranged the service through Trevor, the Service Manager at Hot Tub Barn, Chelmsford. Again, such a friendly fellow and extremely helpful and all-round nice guy. As I was having spinal surgery a few days before the service it was arranged around my plans and having my Hot Tub working 100% was essential as my rehab will be helped greatly by using the tub on a daily basis. I would also like to thank Gail, again one of the service team, for always being there when I need my chemicals etc. and for selling it to me in the first place!! If you want a Hot Tub and great aftercare get one from these guys’s. Thanks from the Jenkins Family and see you again soon.
Purchased a large amount of chemicals and a Tri-X filter online. Chemicals were delivered promptly but the Tri-X filter was out of stock and took over another week to be delivered. Think that the website should inform you of the lack of stock when ordering or at least get an email to tell you when you can expect delivery of out of stock items. Only found out it was out of stock when delivery note for the chemicals stated the filter was 'To Follow' but had no expected delivery date and I had to phone them to find out when it would be sent. Apart from this I have had excellent service from them with past orders.
