We oredered online an item that was supposed to be sent by Hermes. They came twice and did not buzz the bell or try to contact us, just left a note saying how many times they attempted the delivery. No Reference number about who delivered, no date when they will re-deliver it. But I completely understand the logic behind. If they don't deliver the parcel just leave notes, than they will have to do it again two more times, so the employees can be busy all the time and get paid for it of course. The management probably very satisfied looking at high trafic.
No customer service, isn't it against the law not to have a place where you can leave feedback?
