I booked a flight on behalf of someone else and then needed to amend the return flight. The woman who took my call had a rude manner and could not help me to amend the return flight for the same day. She could not amend the route, and could only suggest the same return flight a day earlier. No other option was offered otherwise the ticket would be invalidated. So I amended the return flight to the day earlier. When I saw the confirmation email, she had booked a whole month later than what I'd asked for!!! I had to call again to rectify that, and another staff member said on the phone they had corrected that mistake, but then I had an email to say there was a problem with the credit card and the booking was incomplete. In the end a colleague had to cancel the whole flight and rebook at extra cost (although the first woman at Opodo I spoke to had not even explained this option to me, even though I said I was happy to pay an admin fee for changing and any difference in price).
I will never use Opodo again.
