There are many options and variations when buying RAM, so the system scanner that Orca Logic provides takes out the guess work, and a whole lot of research. I was able to have an e-mail conversation with some one from the company, this took place with almost immediate replies, and it was clearly explained to me what I needed.
The cost shows slightly higher than some competitors, but then Orca supplied branded Transcend memory, the others I looked at did not show a brand, I did not think it was worth the risk for a few pounds. I've upgraded two computers now, no problems.
