Order placed Jan 5th. Received this review request on the 12th.
Followed up on the 16th after nothing arrived, got a response saying 'we have chased this up with the manufacturer and they have advised they will be in touch today to book in'. Follow-up message on the 20th saying item shipped, but no tracking no. Now late pm on the 24th, no sign of the delivery yet.
Fortunately I don't need the item urgently.
