Ordered on a Sunday, arrived the following Tuesday, one fine bottle of whisky that I could not see on any other online whisky lists.
Odered 2 whiskies for christmas presents. One arrived with badly damaged box. I informed TWE and was asked to provide photo evidence in order to receive a new box. Not sure why? as if I would make it up to get a free box. No apology from TWE or any trace that this is not good enough service.
Outside deliverly package not damaged just whisky carton inside.
I considered the response from TWE inadequate and with no sense that they had provided poor service.
