The London Pass

Disappointed

We purchased the London Pass for our first trip to London. It was a disappointment as our flight was changed and then it could not be changed to extend the time to cover the days when we were not yet in London. Tried to change the start date but were unable to.
For first time visitors to London it was a bit hard to find out where and how we could use the card.
We would not purchase the London Pass again.

Hi Nancy,
Sorry to hear this - The London Pass is activated from the first time you use it so there is no need to change the London Pass card did you mean the travel cards you purchased with and had pre dated travel cards couldn't be changed?

Did you contact our customer service team? We advise customers to take the unused travel cards to our redemption centre to get them changed over.
