I was very impressed with the web site. You can upload your photo onto the site and then try out various glasses to see how they might look on you. The technology works very well and is very easy to set up.

I ordered a Canon lens last week, which the web site said they had in stock, and received the acknowledgement email to say that they had received my order and expected delivery time of 2-5 working days. After that, I heard nothing.
I started reading some reviews online and got worried that the item might come late. So, I sent out an email to enquire about the order. I got a reply within 24 hours, which is what they promise.
2 days later, I got worried again so I sent another email. They responded that the item was due to be shipped that day and that I would get an email to track the item. I got the email and the item was delivered next day.
All in all, my experience was very good. The response of the SimplyElectronics team was excellent. And, the item arrived in good time.
