Possibly the worst experiences I have ever had the misfortune to use
Dreadful isn't strong enough, just appalling.
Interparcel
Far better than the competition
There are two main companies in this space, and whilst interparcel are by no means fantastic, they do at least try.
The other lot are incompetent, and through their mediocrity, abyssmal response times, and non existent customer service, Interparcel look pretty good.
main benefits for me are the £50 included compensation, and the interparcel economy service, provided by UPS.Never had a late or damaged item.
