Fast service - great basin - average taps
We received the cloakroom basin we ordered very quickly. It is of very good quality for its price. It was part of a basin and tap package. The tap was a great design but the quality of the tap connectors and inserts was fairly average. I did not trust the seals enough and so added silicon to be sure of no nasty drips. Would certainly use click basin again but perhaps only for the basins rather than the taps.

We do sell a wide range of taps and the tap supplied with the corner basin set is our most popular Lo Rise tap.
We sell over 10,000 of each year of this tap kit with minimal issues so our apologies that you were worried about the connection pipes. If we had been advised we would have sent replacements to allay any concern, as there is no need to use silicon when connecting to a standard 15mm compression fittings or 15mm inline isolation valve.
If you still have any concern about the flexible pipes please let us know and we will send out a new pair for you straight away free of charge.
