I find your website much user friendly and surprisingly the annual cover is cheaper than a single trip . Obviously , there must be a logical reason which beyond my understanding . Also your term and conditions is not very explicit and i suppose if indebt details were given you could have attarcted more people . Remember , you are in a business to make profit and we are the general public who doesn't like risk . Therefore by making a full list of potentail genuine issues that could happen to an individal will certainly make the majority of travellers to take cover . i have always take a cover when i travel and never claim anything but i don't mind because i have known people who had suffered badly because they never take a cover . Your website doesn't communicate this importance enough . Goodluck anyway .
