Item was overlooked and not sent out
Never had a problem with Bestpet previously, items always sent out in a timely manner. I had ordered wormers for my puppy and thought I had done it in plenty of time. Items still hadn't arrived in over a week so had to chase up, they hadn't been sent but the query was dealt with promptly and items sent out same day, although I had to go to the vets and buy expensive wormers due to the non-arrival.

Had just what I needed and quickly despatched!
I managed to find both items that I needed at Chemist Direct which I had failed to do on other sites. The items were reasonably priced and they were posted out the same day. I received them quickly which is just what I wanted.
I would recommend them if you need a good choice and want something quick.
