I had a customer service rep Jason who helped me deal with my order after my bank declined payment. Jason re-checked my order, tracked down a case I wanted and kept me constantly up to date. He left a message regarding the case at the very end of his work day (5:30pm) so it seemed he really cared about my order and that I got the components I needed. He seemed extremely competent and identified and checked the compatibility of my build and noted the new case I ordered didn't have an SSD bay and offered the product to fix it. I was kept up to date with what was happening at all times. Very good service.
