Samuel Arthur was my first and last point of call.
Very helpful, gave me examples as requested. Checked they were received, proactive, kept in touch, very professional and patient, not pushy at all. When I explained I had to do competitor research he told me what I should check on to compare service and price. Once ordered the flash cards arrived within promised deliver time. Very happy with service and a quality product.
I have passed flashbay examples to or Marketing department and Sam's details should they wish for such like in the future. I hope to re order next year.
