I purchased Samsung mobile phone on the 4th of Sep and received it after 3-4 weeks, but I found out the item was faulty with LCD screen. The colour changed. I reported it and requested for a refund right away and took a week time for them to collect the faulty item.
It took another two weeks for their engineers to check the item if the item arrived in a good order, and despite their confirmation that they will process the refund, there has been no refund still.
Two month time for nothing but wasting time, labour and money!
My £369 is still on their hand. I had to work hard to make the money and the company is very much reluctant to return the money back keep delaying whenever i contact them. Very much disappointed with their service and not making refund!
Never recommend the website!
