Good service, but quality of product needed an exchange

I received my rain boots and realized they were faulty, even if it was not that visible.
So I request an exchange. A lot of collection points are available in London and make the process really easy. Fast services, some days later I received my replacement. The product was of better quality.
So Good experience, if it wasn't for the first product and the return, it would have been perfect.
