Great service and price: I'm a long-time repeat customer and for good reason.

There's a great selection of gifts and gadgets at IWOOT and it's a rare month that I don't treat myself to something from their wares. On the rare occasions that I've had to send things back this has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Look out especially for their sales (there are some true bargains to be found in these) - and for their "new stuff" category for a constant supply of interesting gifts and gizmos.

One of my very favourite online companies - would highly recommend to all.

Decent tile company, would buy from again

A good company: good prices and the delivery company telephoned to ensure that the planned day of delivery would be convenient, which I thought was good.

Only one complaint: I was worrying about the delivery date before the couriers rang and contacted TileClick about perhaps amending my stated telephone number from my landline to my mobile. I didn't even get a response to this eMail, which I thought was poor and that's why I can't give them 5 stars.

Great prices but poor and slow after-sales care

Thanks to Victoria Plumb we've got a bathroom that we couldn't usually afford. it was delivered on a convenient day of my choosing and I was told via eMail roughly when the delivery guys would arrive.

The delivery guys themselves were friendly and helpful and conveniently left the delivery in the room right next to the bathroom itself, where the items were soon to be installed.

However, there was a problem with a tap which, as it turned out, was not a standard fitting and would not fit the sink I'd bought alongside it. It eventually transpired that the offending tap was from an odd batch - usually taps of that type would indeed fit the sink I'd bought. However, it took me four working days to get this answer.

My eMail detailing and depicting the problem sat in Victoria Plumb's inbox for a whole business day doing nothing, and when it was eventually forwarded to the relevant people they took almost three days to answer, and that was only after I had started to get unpleasant about the matter. Once it was established that the tap was a sort of "one-off" and that a standard tap of the same type (which I should have been sent originally) was needed, they were brilliant and couriered this out to me the very next day.

However the slow response times and the fact that I had to fight every step of the way were totally unacceptable. I doubt I'll be buying from them again, but I admit that their products are excellent and their prices are pretty much unbeatable.
