Sadly the experience didn't run totally smoothly, your delivery company didn't phone me within the quoted 2 days claiming they had been trying but had been given the wrong number, the number was correct and I had no ansaphone messages or missed calls and in fact I have managed to make arrangements for multiple deliveries with other companies without this problem whatsoever, I called to discuss with your customer services who said they would look into it and get back to me, i was responded to by email, if a customer calls you you should call them back, in this instance when an error has occurred email is impersonal and comes across as being fobbed off by somebody that can't cope with actual interaction in these instances, I don't feel it was resolved just dealt with as YOU saw fit with no regard for the customers expectation, as a result I would use other Internet companies before using yours again as they managed my expectation better generally
