Never Again!

I've been using amazon for over a good few years now and have never really had a problem before DPD started taking their orders. After about 4 no shows I complained and requested they exclude me from future DPD deliveries.

Unfortunately I just had the pleasure of dealing with their horrible C/S department regarding an order I placed on "Richer Sounds"

Avoid this crappy company at all costs...

If you email us in Marketing at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk with a contact phone number and your consignment number we'll do everything we can to help you out and find out if there's some kind of issue with delivering to your address.
