Do not trust this company

I ordered an item, after 2 weeks still didn't arrive, i then contact WAE+ who tell me that they no longer have the product instock and do i wish to wait for it to come instock or have a refund.

Why sell products you don't even have in stock and then only tell me when i chase the matter up!!!! i obviously chose a refund.

Still not had my money placed back into my account though.

They now also have a message on the website about refunds and to do a charge back with banks because due to technical issue they cant refund, what a load of rubbish and also against sales of goods act.

I will be reporting this fraudulent company to Trading Standards.


Do not order from this company at all costs.

btw do not trust most of the 5 star reviews it obvious this company is doing these fake reviews.

They also report negative reviews to have them removed.

Edit: to the new comment what Colin wrote (So naturally I was very concerned as so many people said they had not received their products and couldn't get a refund etc )

So despite reading all this you went ahead and ordered a ipad 4? lol well you either brave, stupid or a fake review.

Plus how review is read i expect it to be very fake indeed. Sad that a company has to go to great lengths doing this.

Great company to deal with

I sent my ipad off and the very next day it was processed and payment sent, couldn't ask for a better service as they kept me informed and it was so easy to do and best off all they offered the best price.

Better then selling it on ebay as less risk e.g dealing with dodgy person or them not paying.
