We had a fairly good idea of where we wanted to go on our round-the-world ticket but we needed someone to understand what we wanted and do all the fine tuning for us, to make recommendations but not to push us in a direction that we didn't want to go. We needed good and convincing deals on the ticket and hotels. We needed advice on where to stay and what to see. We wanted to economise but not at the expense of losing the chance to tailor our trip to something different from the usual package deal. We are confident that we got the lot but we'll get back to you on that after the trip, just to confirm.
