I ordered mobile phone watch from vivacity using wowcher voucher since 10th of sept but i have not received the item. I have contacted the companies several time, they will promised my item will be dispatched immediately and failed. I have been requesting for refund for over one month without positive response from wowcher or vivacity. Every week wowcher will request for the same information and will forward just forward copies of email sent to the merchant to me. They even claimed many time that the item has been dispatched but they failed to supply me the tracking number which
