I ordered my day/evening invites and place cards. I requested a sample which arrived the next day so I was impressed and decided to order. When the order arrived it was in cream and gold and not silver and white. I spoke to Customer Services on Saturday morning and they promised to investigate and call me back on Monday. To be very honest I expected to have to chase the call but I was very pleased to hear from the team shortly after 9.00 hrs on Monday morning. It appeared that I had ordered the wrong colour and we agreed a plan. I returned the invites the next day, I received the correct ones two days later and all is good!! Quality of invites are superb and we have received lots of compliments. Very swift resolution - thank you Sharon! My only comment would be that product codes should clearly define if you are ordering white or cream - apart from that - perfect!
