After order had been process problems with payment and promised a call back, never happened! Call next day to finalise payment to be told order doesn't exists! Then after calling on Monday to speak to retake order for delivery by end of week. Then told that order complete and then awaited delivery. On Birthday of Brother called as no arrival to be told that payment was declined! My credit card has put hundreds on it since and if your customer service was any good a curitisy call would have rectified this entire problem and now after finding all these problems I'm then told that the items are out of stock n not to be in for 2 weeks!!!!
Really promotes on return business or any business at all! And then the only compensation I was offered was refunded delivery charge! Pathetic!

Only thing that could have helped is info on product as not a whizz in CCTV and think due to lak of knowledge need more bits but that my fault not CCTV! But few questions to customers could maybe avoid disappointment having to look further to make products work correctly with pc or tv or possible recorder. But very happy with company and service
