For the second time in a few months DPD has screwed up a delivery from Xpres Sublimation. I ordered the goods online on Tuesday and contacted Xpres on Thursday to complain that the goods had not arrived. They contacted DPD and instructed them to rediliver. We waited all day on Friday contacting Xpres many times but to no avail. Xpres sent out another consignment for delivery on Saturday. Again we waited and waited and finally tried to contact DPD at 12.30pm. The office was closed despite a recording saying the office was open until 1.00pm. The last time this happened we had to go to their depot to retrieve the goods and to say the attitude of the people there was borderline rude. Logistics is not that difficult. Hundreds of other companies get it right everyday. Avoid this company like the plague!
