Inept and useless

This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. I paid for a express delivery for a package for it to be specifically delivered today and I have just received an email notifying me that apparently there was no one available to sign for the order. Interesting seeing as I have been at home all day and there has been no card put through my door. What makes it worse is that there is no way of being able to speak directly to anyone at your company to query or make a complaint to. I have just contacted the company with whom I placed my order and have been told that the driver is unable to redeliver today as he has gone home! He clearly has not bothered to do the job he is paid to do and rewarded himself with an afternoon off. How nice for him. Meanwhile I'm sitting here having taken a day off to wait for this delivery and will have to take a further day off to sit about and wait to see if your driver will be bothered to deliver next time. Thanks to DPD I will have lost two days earnings.
