There is a very good reason why Hermes has only 1 star on Trust pilot. They are a terrible, substandard delivery company who are only interested in your money. They want money for parcels that they do not deliver and for parcels that they lose, steal or break. To be frank, I am surprised that they are allowed to operate as a business.
I bought an item from online and had to open a dispute via their resolution centre, and had been asked by the seller to return it. I used Hermes to do so dropping the item off at a parcel shop on the 27 December 2013. Today is the 2nd January 2014. and it has now been lost/delayed in transit.
This had happened to me before about a year ago, but I mistakenly decided to give myhermes another chance to prove me wrong. They failed - yet again!
Forget phoning customer services, or emailing them or using their online live assistance. They could care less. They are not interested.
I am urging everyone who might consider using this company, not to do so. The cheaper costs to use Hermes is simply not worth it, and once your parcel is lost, broken or delayed, you begin to realise the futility of having used Hermes!
If you do not want to believe the reviews on this site, then simply google "Hermes reviews" online and see for yourself just how awful this company is.
Moreover, they have no shame really as I have pointed out the awful online reviews to Hermes and they do not seem phased in the least. In fact they seemed rather proud that they had reached such depths of incompetence and ineptitude!

I do not really take the time to review products that I have purchased online because for the most past, the experiences are not generally that good.
I came across a website advertising free trial business cards with Moo - so I thought that I would try before I bought them.
In the first instance, the layout of the website is very user friendly with a wealth of designs to choose from. I chose a set of cards and was then told that I had a further 3 hours to make any alterations to them should I wish to do so which was helpful.
The cards arrived this morning. I only ordered them a few days ago - and they were really beautiful as well has high quality.
I had ordered some free cards from a well known company in the past (though I had to pay for their overseas shipping) but never felt inclined to go and buy any because they were not that striking.
I just emailed Moo to say that I would be purchasing further items from them because of the quality and the customer services. They are also based in the UK (with a UK telephone number - not one of those 0870 or 0844 numbers) so no additional having to wait until time immemorial for the items to arrive.
I can see that they have a very high rating on this website so that speaks volumes about their goods (Btw they sell so much more then business cards!)
Try them - I doubt you will be disappointed!
