Wow! I wish this site had negative stars.
First, Littlewoods failed to change my address (despite asking them to do so numerous times) and instead decided to put my correct address under "driver instructions". Naturally when my item couldn’t be delivered it was kept at the depot (which resulted in a dozen calls and promises that it "would be there" only for me to arrive at 8am for it not to be).
My item was an iPad. I actually paid for next day delivery but it wasn’t even dispatched until the day afterwards. It's OK though because they are "sorry".
When I realised that my address was still incorrect, I contacted Littlewoods to actually be told by one of their staff that because I didn’t have my account number on me (as I was at work) they couldn’t help me as they "didn’t have to ability to find my account". After arguing with the staff member he finally used my address and date of birth to find me but then attempted to fob me off by telling me that it would be redelivered (but refused to let me explain the situation and change my address).
The iPad finally arrived one week and one day after I originally ordered it. Those eight days were a constant stream of empty promises, extremely expensive mobile phone calls and hearing some outright lies. I have now decided to never have anything more to do with Littlewoods and it is my intention to pay off my bill and never deal with them again.
