Bought a couple of tickets for Lionel Richie at the O2 in October and when they had not turned up in the post getting close to the time I phoned Double8. Call was answered quickly and the lady could not have been more helpful. She explained that they had just received the tickets which would be going out in the post that night. I asked if I could collect instead which she said was no problem and when I turned up, the receptionist refunded my postage there and then. I'd forgotten I'd already paid it, let alone thought about asking for a refund. Very refreshing attitude to cusomer service.
