They quoted me a healthy £120 for my Galaxy SII even though I noted wear and tear. I had looked after the phone and the worst thing wrong with it was a few scratches on one edge, just cosmetic. I sent my phone off to them in good faith. They offered me £40 saying the case was cracked so I asked them to return the phone. I tried to pay their exorbitant return fee to no avail as their site was not working. I messaged them on their contact page to let them know this. No reply. I then noted that they advised they had sent payment to me. Needless to say, I have received no payment. I advised them again that I wanted my phone returned and that I had had problems on the payment page to which I received a reply to the effect that I had not contacted them so they assumed I had accepted the offer. Now I had been offered £80 for the phone by Carphone Warehouse and O2 and they had examined my phone so watch out for these guys they are rip off merchants.

We've been using Mr Memory for years. As IT professionals we would recommend them for their service. Their website makes it easy for anyone to choose the right memory. Delivery is quick and payment is easy. Prices are reasonable.
