Not happy

I ordered a uc4030ak chainsaw on 11/10/12 i phoned the next day to check when it would be delivered and was told it had just arrived on there makita order and would be delivered on the friday but arrived on monday, then when it did arrive it was a 2009 chainsaw i was expecting a new saw not old stock, needless to say i am not happy and will not use this company again if i had not been stuck for time i would have sent it back.
