I was pleasantly surprised how easy it what was to register my claim, however, it was not mentioned during the initial telephone call that I would be asked to disclose (during the course of the follow up meeting with the PPI Claimline appointed agent) the details of any insurance policies containing legal expenses cover where I am the named Insured. In my opinion, this is a matter that needs to be addressed by the PPI Claimline management team.
