I was very impressed by Donna Kumar who dealt with my quote. She was always extremely cheerful, friendly & helpful when I spoke to her & she always rang when she said she would. The whole process was very easy - I only had to sign the application form & the rest was all taken care of.
The only disappointing thing about it was the original quote given online. This was considerably higher than the quote from Donna on the "real computer" using exactly the same information. I felt this was just a con to get you drawn into speaking to a specialist.
However, the final quote was still higher than any other company I spoke to.
