Lovely holiday everything ran smoothly flights and transfers and hotel could not fault.
Only drawback was when we made initial booking a couple of weeks later we received notification by email that hotel was not available and to get in contact so we did it cost us 7 pounds in phone calls
Amount of time waiting was ridiculous and got past from pillar to post and know one could tell us why hotel was not available.
We found out ourselves that the hotel was to be refurbed but the alternative option was in another resort which was not acceptable.we found another hotel ourselves in the resort through travel republic .which we had to pay another 80 pounds which we had accepted as we had paid for flight etc .
this was our first experience with travel republic,and if i am being nest thought it might be our last but the holiday turned out fine.
So travel republic please improve your customer service because it does let you down when trying to contact you
but will be booking with you again and hope it was a one off.
