Great variety of brands, alwayz free fast shipping both ways, 365 days return policy and 24 hours costumer service----> what else can you ask for? Never had any problem, transactions are alwayz smoth and easy -_o.. One of my favorite web sites!!!

Great Glam do a very good job making clothes look great on their web side, but in reality their items are cheap made, fabrics are the most inexpensive, sizes are too small or too big never the right size and their wrapping couldn't be worst. I have ordered several times and always had to send something back. They don’t send any return or exchange form only a printed received. When I e- mailed them to ask about exchanges, they just copied and pasted what was on their web site (did not answer my q?) and if a wanted to exchange they told me to write on the back of the receive page what I wanted instead, that’s so unprofessional. If you spend $50.00 you get free shipping, sounds great isn't? But here is the catch: if you return any item and you ended up with less than $50 they will charge shipping on your order, so you ended up spending double (the original shipping fee, plus the retuned item fee which is on you). I'm not buying from them anymore. Disappointed!!!
