We do sincerely apologise for the error which occurred in respect of the incorrect item being sent out to. We do pride ourselves on having an extremely fast and efficient Warehouse Team, however they have been reminded of the need to be very careful and vigilant when despatching goods to ensure that the correct items are sent out. A free returns label was sent to customer to assist with the return of the incorrect goods.
