good customer service

This is a really good company. I bought a pair of boots few days before but I could not fin any tracking information, I thought it not neccessary at first and did not contact the customer service. But next day I received an email to apologize the lost of my parcle and the customer advisor said the company will send me a new one quickly. I was surprised that they are really taking care of where my parcle is and can solve the problem actively. Thank you very much!
