Ignorance is Bliss, but not if you're the customer.

Oh dear, how disappointing to be ignored. No item on the promised day & no correspondence to inform me. Only 25 days a year holiday & one of them trapped needlessly in my own home waiting for something that never happened........& still hasn't but may do so later today. I'm optimistic but will spend some of the time while I am waiting looking for an alternative supplier.
