I wont elaborate too much on this as there are many more bad comments about this company and frankly i wasted too much time with them but i will just say this:
I've been waiting for a table lamp for 6 weeks...During that time they said it would be delivered 3 times!
Never bothered to called or email and let me know that there is a problem
When i talk to them they are clueless...its like talking to the wall. Have NO idea about anything and if you speak to 3 different ppl you will get 3 different answers.
And completely dishonest and full of lies.
Needless to say that i still did not get my lamp.
Oh and last time i talked to them (Wednesday) they said i would get an e-mail by friday about my refund that was approved and I talked to them again today (Monday) as i received no refund or e-mail and they told me that i am not entitled to one...
Seriously just stay away....better off spending a bit more and buying from high street or anyway use ANY other online shop but them clueless ppl
