Effiecent delivery, good sturdy product.

The only reason there are only 4 stars is because the product didn't arrive as ordered. I wanted 6ft 9 hanging rail, which arrived without the extension poles. However once I reported this to customer services, they were very quick and efficient in sending the poles out and I had the full correct product within 3 days of ordering.
