A company of liers and unprofessional conduct

I was expecting a parcel due to Friday. Now, the driver came to my address, there was nobody home so he took it back to the office. After calling and having to wait over the week-end, here comes Monday when the parcel was due. I checked in the morning, the delivery was due between 12:59-01:59 and at 12:20, my online status changed to "address not found ". I called and asked them, here's what I got:
1 - the address was not found (even though they found it on Friday and this was not the first DPD delivery)
2 - the driver tried to call but there was no answer
[a) - my phone had no missed calls as I would've naturally dialed that number back
b) - the second time I called, they said that it was not the driver who called, but the depot
3 - I am still waiting (45 minutes now) for the manager to call em back.
So, since I took a day off just to wait for the parcel I decided that until I do, I make complaints and accurate reviews on websites everywhere :) Thank you, DPD for lying to me and for proving your real value: less than ZERO
