Bought tickets back in Oct 2012 on day of release for Bon Jovi in June 2013, bought top price corporate tickets at almost £100.00 each, to be told they had moved me several rows back and further away from the stage. 2 weeks prior to event. Spent over 30 mins on hold waiting to find out why, told the Bon Jovi production was bigger that originally anticipated?? i was advised i could have a refund if is wished but needed to ring back the next day as it was after 5pm as the manager had gone home. I rang back the next day to be told no refund was possible and that it was out of see tickets hands. I was disgusted, not only was i given untrue information, i felt after paying almost £200 for 2 top seats and then to be moved away and further back was wrong. I would have been better off just paying for the general admission of £30.00 a pair! To add insult to injury i get an email telling me that my tickets will not be posted but will be at the venue on the day of the concert, like most people i work full time so to get there early to get the tickets is impossible, i emailed see tickets only not to get any reply, i also tried to email my complaint to the customer service to receive a email back saying that this mail box is not monitored! In the end i contacted the venue direct to find out that their box office closes earlier than the actual concert start time so i cant even collect them at the same time as going into the concert!!!!! terrible company, will never purchase again!
