I found the website and ordering system harder to use than last time (admittedly some 3 or 4 years ago) and the choice of card type, colour and design far more limited. The typefaces as seen in the website illustration of my finished design do not seem to be reflected in the physical cards, where the print looks smaller and the overall effect is far less pleasing. Maybe I missed an option regarding print/font sizes, but the end result, while usable, is much less eye-catching and impressive than I had hoped. Also, the cards took longer to reach me than I had expected. I'm afraid I probably will not order again from Goodprint, nor recommend them to colleagues.

I'm sorry to read you were unhappy with our service. Perhaps you would contact me and we could discuss this further please? I can see on your order that the items were despatched within 3 working days which is the normal average time. Unfortunately on the standard service the goods are not trackable so we cannot give you a delivery date. It is very rare for it to take more than a couple of days though.
