back in october I purchased a bathroom cabinet as part of another order including an LED mirror and three mirror cabinet.I was told one of the cabinets was out of stock until december.I agreed with a member of you staff via telephone that I would pick up the outstanding item myself at your warehouse on notification of it,s availability,I was not informed when it was available I had to enquire myself also when I arrived at the warehouse a sign outside stated that the premises had been re-located to another address.all this contributes to poor comunication from your staff it smacks of the old story once people have your money up front they are no longer interested.
there is room for massive improvement concerning comunication to customers
