I ordered a dishwasher before Christmas. RA rang me back almost immediately to say it wasn't in stock and they couldn't guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. I asked whether I would regret ordering now if they had post-Christmas sales. They offered a 5% discount if I would wait until New Year for delivery. I agreed and placed the order. I wish I had read the reviews of the company before placing the order. When I read the reviews I looked elsewhere, found the machine I wanted at a cheaper price with next day delivery at Appliances Online so cancelled the order with RA. Despite several 'phone calls and at least three categorical assurances that they had paid my refund it has yet to appear and it is now beyond the 30-days from cancellation that they are given.
Dealings with them are always polite and they are apologetic but the reality is they tell lies and, as other reviewers have noted, they break the law.
