Almost a year ago I ordered 4 chairs from this "company". The delivery time was then pushed 4 times due to various strange reasons and without contacting me by either phone or e-mail. After the first two delays Infurn stopped answering my attempts to contact them which, in itself, is totally unacceptable. I finally found a way to contact one of their "managers" directly which apparently worked since I was contacted a few days later by a man who calls himself Patrick.
He tried to convince me to accept a later delivery date but he finally accepted that I would get a refund. However this refund has not been performed and I am still waiting for my money about 2 months after his "promise" and now again they have stopped answering my attempts to contact them.
I would recommend everyone who reads this to NEVER do business with this company!!
I am very surprised that so many positive reviews about this company have surged suddenly considering how I and apparently many others have been treated.
To get a better view of how many people are positve versus negative I advice everyone with bad experiences from Infurn to click "find useful" on the negative reviews and vice versa. Especially since it is no longer possible to see if order number was supplied.
