Problems with delivery date but really good customer service

I ordered a new shower unit believing that it would arrive in 2-5 days (labelled 'in stock'). Unfortunately after no dispatch email I called and was told that the item was out of stock and coming direct from the manufacturer so would be at least another 5 working days. The situation was well handled by plumbtraders who kept me updated as to the situation by telephone (without prompting) and the product arrived in excellent condition a day ahead of the estimated date. I would order again.
