Here's what i have just written to Hertz.....
Went to collect a pre-ordered car at Stansted airport. Wish i hadn't nowv!!!
Firstly, as i TRIED to explain to the guy, i was not able to order a much needed GPS at the time of booking . I asked for a GPS, but was told that there weren't any left.
I was therefore FORCED,(because i REALLY needed one) to upgrade my car choice to one with a built in GPS which i was not happy about because of the extra cost of the vehicle and fuel consumption.
When i collected the car, i was told that there were FIVE gps's available anyway !!!!
So, i have been forced to upgrade my car, and ay for a GPS that i didn't need, as there was already one built into the car.
After a very long, and annoying 1/2 hour with the guy at the service desk, who seemed like he just didn't give a shit, we finally got it sorted. Until i looked at the bill.
Firstly, i have paid for FULL insurance, which i never ordered. Location service charge of 23.00 was added. No idea what that was for??
My original internet transaction of 92.00 somehow became 204.00
I am of course VERY dissatisfied with all this. I was cheated into paying for a GPS, not informed that i was charged unnecessarily for insurance, and the whole thing from start to finish was a total nightmare.
Subsequently, myself and my business partner were late for our meeting in Grimsby.
We made it clear to everybody at the meeting that it was Hertz, who were to blame.
I have rented cars at Stansted for the last 15 years, and never had a problem, they've all been perfect.
Having flown with Ryanair, i felt that it would be easier to just book the car with the flight.
NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
Received a call from a Telenor sales guy.
Offered me 5 new subscriptions for my company.
Only agreed to consider his offer, which sounded ok, to be honest.
After a couple of days, 5 simcards arrived ???
After discussing the offer further, i decided to stay with Telia.
That was it....or so i thought.
Then, out of the blue, an INKASSO threatning letter was sent to me.
I agreed to NOTHING. I signed NOTHING, We never even USED a single simcard. We threw them in the trashcan
Where the hell they dreamed up a 1500kr bill, i will NEVER know.
I am speechless !!!
Sorry, if you don't understand some of my English. Just take a look in the dictionary under "cheating, lying bastards" and you"ll see the word Telenor !!!

Everyone KNOWS Ryanair is a budget airline.
The website functions as it should do - you DON'T.
Dear oh dear, all the xtra charges bla bla bla....
The bottom line is, Mr or Mrs Chicken brain, and as i stated earlier, if you read the website properly, then you will SEE all the xtra charges are clearly displayed. If the bottom line price, is not to your liking, THEN FLY WITH SOMEONE ELSE, AND STOP MOANING, FOR CHRISTS SAKE.
Why is it Ryanair's fault if YOU Forget to print your boarding card ? The website tells you to do it. Are you blind? Thick ? Or what ?
A drink costs £5. So what, you bloody cheapskate. You're flying Ryanair because you're a mingebag, and want a plane ticket on the cheap. If you don't like the price, you're not FORCED to buy anything.
You have to pay extra for your luggage !!! Yes, quite correct. This is the way that the Ryanair business model is presented. IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, FLY WITH BRITISH AIRWAYS YOU TIGHT ARSED IDIOT.
I have had the pleasure f flying with the world's best budget airline, and apart from the annoying fanfare, and the totally pointless scratch cards, i take my hat off to Mr O'Leary.

Buy ALL my stuff for both private AND private at "the giant" in Randers.
I have always been treated very well by everyone there, have had some really good deals, and am a very happy customer.
Cant understand the negative comments on here. You go to Elgiganten cos you're a cheap bastard, and want to pay as little as possible, right?
So be prepared, if things dont go as planned. If you want cream on top, then go somewhere else and shop.
You get what you pay for, and i'm STILL happy, so there !!!!
