Fantastic service just need to tweek the phone stacking feature

We have had execellant service from Argento. The only issue is when phoning in one gets messages about queue position. This seems completely random. I went from 7 to eventually. 1 then back up to 5 and again a. see saw numerical automated voice message, back down to 1 then up again.
